Tokyo Bay on the Coral Princess

See Tokyo from the water and enjoy the song "Storm Warning" by Whitney Steele, courtesy of the Podsafe Music Network.

The parents of a Japanese friend of mine invited me to take a ride on their boat, the Coral Princess, on Sunday afternoon.

The boat was handmade out of wood 23 years ago and seemed to be in amazing condition. I want to go again!

I do another vlog on a different theme over at http://japantechtoys.blogspot.com if you want to check it out.

Your videos look cool too.

Have you thought of starting a NODE101::Kurume? Could be fun ...

Hello:
I took a water ferry last year in Yokohama and really did enjoy the ride. I also enjoyed the elevator ride at the Landmark Tower and walking around Chinatown and the waterfront Yamashita-koen park. in Tokyo I take the sumida river water taxi frequently as I enjoy the ride into Tokyo Harbor. In January I want to go to the Shin-Yokohama ramen Hakubutsukan.

I think everything looks cool from the water. Landmark Tower, Chinatown and Yamashita park are some of my favorite places in Yokohama. I should post some video about them! There are also heaps of great places on the Miura peninsula south of Yokohama, like Zushi, Yokosuka, Kanazawa Hakkei, Kamakura and lots of beaches. Haven't been to the ramen museum yet.
